Terms of Service

1 Accepting These Terms

Using WisHub in any way, whether visiting the service, activating a key, or executing one of our scripts, means you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms. If you're using WisHub on behalf of someone else, you confirm you're allowed to accept these Terms for them.

2 What We Offer

WisHub provides universal Roblox scripts that work across many games. Our scripts are built to deliver a high-quality experience and are continuously maintained and updated to keep them working and reliable.

We may add, change, or remove features, scripts, or supported games at any time as we keep the service up to date.

3 Account & Security

Keeping your access details private is your responsibility. By using WisHub, you agree that:

• You're fully responsible for keeping your account details, API key, and license key private and secure
• Any activity that happens under your account or key is considered your responsibility
• You'll tell us right away if you notice any misuse, theft, or unauthorized access

4 Keys & License

When you get a key, we grant you a personal, limited permission to use it for yourself. This permission comes with a few important conditions:

• Your key is personal and tied to a single device and a single Discord account
• You may not resell, share, rent out, or hand your key to anyone else without our permission
• Keys are time-limited, your access ends when the key's duration runs out

5 What's Not Allowed

To keep WisHub safe and fair for everyone, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, hook into, or attempt to bypass any of our protection measures
• Use tools to fake your device, spoof responses, or tamper with how our access checks work
• Access scripts or data belonging to another project without permission
• Attack our service, for example by flooding it with requests, brute-forcing, or spamming
• Use WisHub for anything illegal, or anything that breaks Roblox's or Discord's rules

6 Payments & Refunds

When you purchase a WisHub plan, you agree to our payment terms. Please choose carefully before buying, because all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for any reason. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept this no-refund policy.

7 Service Availability

WisHub is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise the service will always be perfect.

• We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available 100% of the time
• We may carry out maintenance, pause, or shut down parts of the service whenever needed
• Because we depend on games and platforms that change often, scripts may sometimes go down temporarily

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WisHub is not responsible for:

• Any ban or penalty you receive from Roblox or Discord for using our scripts
• Any loss of data, keys, or access to your account
• Any indirect, incidental, or knock-on losses of any kind

You understand that using game scripts always carries some risk, and you choose to use WisHub at your own risk.

9 Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or end your access to WisHub, with or without notice, if you break these Terms or misuse the service in any way. Where a ban results from a violation of these Terms, it may be permanent and is not eligible for a refund.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page, and we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. If you keep using WisHub after a change, that means you accept the latest version of the Terms.
